05

Mileage covered.

If you drive between sites in your own car, mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate. Company vehicles are available for full-timers.

06

Training paid.

Onboarding is paid from day one, and job-related certifications are covered when they help you grow.

§ 05 — A workday

What the day
actually feels like.

The work is physical, direct, and team-based. The point is not to make every shift easy; it is to make the expectations visible before you apply.

7:45a01

Meet the route.

Start with the lead, review homes, supplies, access notes, and any customer constraints before the first door.

8:30a02

Work in pairs.

Most residential routes run as two-person crews with shared checklists, clear room ownership, and no solo surprises.

12:15p03

Reset, eat, move.

Lunch and drive time are planned into the route. If a home runs long, dispatch adjusts instead of pretending time expands.

3:45p04

Close the loop.

Photos, punch-list notes, and supply flags go in before the day ends so tomorrow starts with fewer unknowns.

Working interviews use the same route structure. You are paid for the shift and paired with a senior crew member.
