Will this guarantee I get my deposit back?
We clean to landlord standards and provide photo documentation. While we cannot control what a landlord decides, our move-out cleaning meets the standard expected for full deposit return. If there is a cleaning-related issue, we will come back.
Can you clean before all my stuff is moved out?
We can clean occupied spaces, but move-out cleaning works best in an empty or mostly empty unit. We need access to clean inside closets, behind appliances, and under furniture.
What if my landlord still deducts from my deposit?
If the deduction is related to cleaning (not damage), contact us with the landlord's specific complaints. We will return to address any legitimate cleaning issues at no additional cost.
How soon before my lease ends should I book?
Book as early as possible to secure your preferred date. We recommend scheduling 1-2 weeks in advance, but we do accommodate last-minute bookings when crews are available.
