Probate + Listing Timeline.
The attorney needs the home cleared by a probate deadline. The agent wants to list in 30 days. You are flying in from out of state for one week. Everything is a hard deadline.

After the cleanout, the home still needs a deep listing-ready clean before photos and showings — and most cleanout companies stop the moment the truck is loaded.
