The Safety Rules That Are Not Optional

Ventilate for the entire job. Open windows, run the range hood on high, and if possible put a fan in a doorway pulling air out of the room. Small enclosed kitchens concentrate vapors quickly.

Wear chemical-resistant gloves with a long cuff, since you will be reaching into a box and liquid will run down your forearm.
